Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse appointments, receiving, unloading, counting, and put-away against sales and inbound plans, resolving quantity, packaging, and condition discrepancies.
- Use Lingxing ERP and Lingxing WMS to manage in-transit, pending, available, reserved, damaged, and aging inventory and close system-to-physical variances.
- Manage outbound orders, inter-warehouse transfers, returns, relabeling, repacking, disposal, and value-added services with overseas warehouses.
- Track picking, packing, dispatch, and final delivery, resolving delays, shortages, mis-shipments, damage, loss, and returns.
- Source drayage carriers, container-transfer fleets, overseas warehouses, and parcel providers through quotation, benchmarking, capability review, testing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate container pickup and return, drayage, transfers, and warehouse transportation, including appointments, delivery, empty return, and exceptions.
- Open and maintain parcel and last-mile accounts, managing service areas, product permissions, contracted rates, billing details, and account status.
- Evaluate warehouse, fleet, and parcel providers on cost, transit time, quality, exception response, and claims performance; drive improvement, replacement, and backup capacity.
- Coordinate warehouses, carriers, and internal teams on shortages, inventory variances, transport exceptions, returns, claims, and customer complaints with complete case records.
- Audit storage, handling, drayage, transfer, last-mile, and value-added-service invoices against activity, rate rules, and contracts.
- Report inbound and outbound timeliness, order and inventory accuracy, exception rates, inventory age, and unit fulfillment cost.
- Support replenishment, transfer, clearance, and network-allocation decisions using forecasts, turnover, capacity, and logistics resources.
- Maintain provider contracts, quotations, SOPs, rate rules, contacts, parcel accounts, and system permissions as accurate and traceable records.
- Support new warehouse launches, route tests, parcel-account migrations, system integration, and product setup.

Requirements
- Associate degree or above; logistics, supply chain, international trade, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in overseas warehousing, cross-border logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Proficiency in Lingxing ERP and Lingxing WMS is mandatory, including independent management of inbound, inventory, outbound, transfer, return, and related data workflows.
- Strong knowledge of overseas receiving, inventory, outbound, returns, value-added services, and last-mile delivery, with the ability to manage routine operations and exceptions independently.
- Familiarity with container pickup and return, drayage, short-haul and inter-warehouse transfer operations and common fleet commercial models.
- Experience sourcing and managing warehouses, drayage or transfer fleets, or parcel providers, including quotation, benchmarking, testing, onboarding, and performance review.
- Familiarity with opening and maintaining parcel accounts, service permissions, contracted rates, invoices, and account status.
- Good written English for email, warehouse tickets, transport documents, quotations, and invoices.
- Strong Excel skills for inventory reconciliation, invoice review, cost analysis, and operating reports.
- Detail-oriented and sensitive to inventory, timing, cost, and exception data, with strong quality and cost-control awareness.
- Able to prioritize across multiple warehouses, batches, and concurrent tasks with accountability and accuracy.
- Strong cross-functional communication, provider coordination, and exception-resolution skills, with disciplined follow-through to closure.
- Able to communicate across time zones and respond promptly to urgent fulfillment exceptions.
