Responsibilities
- Manage daily Wayfair store operations and account maintenance, including product status, pricing, orders, and platform notifications, to ensure stable performance.
- Research Wayfair policies, category trends, industry performance, competitors, and customer demand to support product selection, pricing, and positioning decisions.
- Maintain and optimize product information, plan and execute on-platform promotions and campaigns, and evaluate results to improve visibility and conversion.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes, coordinating timely resolution to protect customer experience, account ratings, and platform standing.
- Analyze traffic, inquiries, conversion, sales, advertising, and campaign performance; identify issues, develop phased operating plans, and review results to improve product sales and ranking.
- Recommend replenishment plans based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, turnover, and lead times, working with supply chain teams to reduce stockouts, excess inventory, and aging stock.
- Monitor overseas consumer preferences, competitor movements, and market opportunities, translating insights into recommendations for new-product planning and mature-product improvement.
- Set phased store objectives and execution plans, and coordinate with Wayfair and internal product, design, supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to secure resources and deliver key initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; CET-4 or equivalent English reading and writing ability, with the capacity to understand platform policies, business correspondence, and product information accurately.
- At least one year of Wayfair sales or operations experience is preferred. Strong candidates with relevant cross-border e-commerce internships or marketplace operations experience may also be considered.
- Familiarity with Wayfair store, product, promotion, and account-management workflows, with an understanding of platform policies, home categories, and overseas customer needs.
- Strong analytical, cost, and inventory awareness, with the ability to identify issues in sales, traffic, conversion, and inventory data and turn them into practical action plans.
- Strong learning agility, execution, ownership, and attention to detail; able to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate risks promptly.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including coordination with platform representatives and internal product, supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Proficiency with standard office applications and e-commerce ERP systems; experience using data tools or AI tools to improve analysis and operating efficiency is preferred.
