Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipment execution based on sales, inventory, and dispatch plans; confirm volume, timelines, destinations, and delivery requirements before establishing an actionable transport plan.
- Arrange ocean bookings, domestic trucking, and cargo pickup; confirm space, cut-off times, and key loading milestones.
- Coordinate overseas container pickup, onward transportation, and delivery appointments with overseas warehouses, following through on receipt and inbound status.
- Prepare, review, and distribute export and customs-clearance documents, ensuring consistent information among customs brokers, clearance agents, and logistics providers.
- Track shipments through the TMS and maintain accurate milestones for pickup, departure, arrival, customs clearance, final delivery, and warehouse receipt.
- Organize bills of lading, customs records, clearance documents, proof of delivery, and other shipment files by consignment, maintaining complete and traceable records.
- Identify and resolve delays, rolled cargo, inspections, customs issues, appointment changes, and other operational exceptions by coordinating carriers, trucking providers, brokers, and overseas warehouses.
- Summarize transit-time, exception, and service-performance data to support improvements in routing, provider coordination, and cross-border logistics processes.

Requirements
- Associate degree or above; a major in international trade, international logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in freight forwarding, cross-border logistics, or import/export operations is preferred. Strong recent graduates may also be considered based on demonstrated capability.
- Good written English, with the ability to handle logistics emails, shipping instructions, and basic trade documents accurately.
- Familiarity with ocean or air export operations; experience with bookings, trucking, customs declaration, clearance, overseas-warehouse appointments, or final-mile delivery is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other common trade and logistics documents, with the ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Ability to use a TMS, office applications, and spreadsheets for milestone tracking and data organization, supported by disciplined documentation practices.
- Detail-oriented and accountable, with strong time management, proactive communication, and exception-handling skills; able to prioritize accurately across multiple concurrent shipments.
