International Trade Finance Specialist

CNY 8,000–10,000/month · 13-month compensation · Year-end bonus

Job ID: J010011 Manage billing, accounting, foreign exchange, export tax refunds, and domestic and overseas tax coordination for international trade and cross-border e-commerce operations, providing accurate and compliant financial data for cost control and business decisions.

Responsibilities

  1. Process daily expense reimbursements and payment requests, reviewing approvals, invoices, contracts, and payment details for completeness and compliance.
  2. Reconcile and manage domestic and overseas invoices from suppliers, freight forwarders, trucking providers, customs-clearance agents, and warehouses, identifying discrepancies and driving timely resolution.
  3. Prepare accounting vouchers, perform account reconciliations and period-end entries, and support financial reporting while maintaining consistency among records, balances, and statements.
  4. Handle bank receipts, foreign-exchange settlement and conversion, and regulatory data filings; maintain complete foreign-exchange records and follow up on exceptions.
  5. Manage export settlement, foreign-exchange verification, export tax refund or exemption filings, and document retention under China’s cross-border e-commerce overseas-warehouse export model (Customs Supervision Code 9810).
  6. Complete domestic tax filings and coordinate overseas tax data, supporting documents, and filing progress with overseas accountants or professional service providers to manage cross-border compliance risk.
  7. Support annual audits and special financial reviews by preparing working papers and evidence, and follow through on internal and external audit findings.
  8. Contribute to cost and profitability analysis by logistics route, sales channel, and product, identifying cost movements and margin impact to support budgeting and operating decisions.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized full-time program in accounting, finance, auditing, taxation, or a related field; CET-4 or equivalent English reading and writing ability.
  2. At least three years of experience in finance, accounting, or international-trade finance. An intermediate accountant qualification or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
  3. Strong accounting fundamentals and working knowledge of Chinese accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate financial-control requirements, with the ability to assess common accounting and tax matters independently.
  4. Familiarity with export receipts, foreign-exchange settlement and reporting, and export tax refund procedures; experience with the 9810 model, cross-border e-commerce, international trade, or international logistics is preferred.
  5. Proficiency with Kingdee, Yonyou, or comparable accounting systems and with Excel or other office tools for reconciliation, consolidation, and basic analysis.
  6. Highly accurate and dependable, with strong compliance awareness and discretion when handling confidential financial information; able to meet filing, closing, and payment deadlines.
  7. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including coordination with business teams, supply chain, logistics, banks, tax advisers, and overseas accountants.
