Responsibilities
- Support daily Amazon store operations, including listing creation, product-data maintenance, price and inventory updates, page checks, and follow-up on routine issues to keep store information accurate and operations stable.
- Compile sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, return, and inventory data; maintain recurring reports, identify clear anomalies, and provide reliable information to the operations manager.
- Assist with optimizing titles, bullet points, images, keywords, and product-detail content, verifying the customer-facing result and tracking content updates or test outcomes.
- Monitor available, inbound, and aging inventory together with sales velocity and days of supply; support replenishment recommendations and flag stockout, slow-moving, aged-inventory, and storage-fee risks.
- Assist with orders, customer inquiries, returns, RMA records, reviews, and complaint data; categorize recurring issues and share findings with customer service, product, and quality teams for resolution.
- Learn and follow Amazon policies, performance requirements, and account-security procedures; monitor account health, product compliance, and platform notifications and escalate risks promptly.
- Support the setup and maintenance of sponsored advertising, promotions, coupons, and platform events; verify budgets and campaign status, organize performance data, and complete basic optimization under guidance.
- Track competitor pricing, ranking, reviews, promotions, and broader market changes in a structured format to support product-performance reviews and operating decisions.
- Coordinate with product, design, customer service, sourcing, logistics, and warehouse teams on new-product launches, content updates, replenishment, and exception resolution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above and CET-4 English or equivalent reading and writing proficiency, with the ability to understand marketplace policies, product information, and routine business correspondence.
- Strong recent graduates and candidates with relevant e-commerce or cross-border e-commerce internships are welcome; experience in Amazon operations, customer service, advertising, or data reporting is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Amazon marketplace rules, listing structure, and common operating metrics, together with a genuine interest in cross-border commerce and European or North American consumer markets.
- Proficiency with Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools for data organization, basic calculations, and recurring reports; familiarity with e-commerce ERP, advertising, or BI tools is preferred.
- Attention to numbers and operating anomalies, with foundational data-analysis, inventory, and cost awareness and the ability to document facts before forming an initial judgment.
- Detail-oriented and dependable, with disciplined task management and review habits and the ability to complete multiple concurrent assignments against defined procedures and deadlines.
- Proactive communication and teamwork, including the judgment to clarify uncertainty, report issues clearly, and follow actions through to closure.
- Strong learning agility and professional accountability, with the motivation to build experience through foundational operating work and gradually take ownership of a product line or marketplace account.
