Overseas Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Job ID: J010035 Manage overseas-warehouse inbound, inventory, outbound, last-mile delivery, and exceptions while developing and managing drayage carriers, transfer fleets, warehouses, and parcel accounts to protect fulfillment quality and cost.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate warehouse appointments, receiving, unloading, counting, and put-away against sales and inbound plans, resolving quantity, packaging, and condition discrepancies.
  2. Use Lingxing ERP and Lingxing WMS to manage in-transit, pending, available, reserved, damaged, and aging inventory and close system-to-physical variances.
  3. Manage outbound orders, inter-warehouse transfers, returns, relabeling, repacking, disposal, and value-added services with overseas warehouses.
  4. Track picking, packing, dispatch, and final delivery, resolving delays, shortages, mis-shipments, damage, loss, and returns.
  5. Source drayage carriers, container-transfer fleets, overseas warehouses, and parcel providers through quotation, benchmarking, capability review, testing, and onboarding.
  6. Coordinate container pickup and return, drayage, transfers, and warehouse transportation, including appointments, delivery, empty return, and exceptions.
  7. Open and maintain parcel and last-mile accounts, managing service areas, product permissions, contracted rates, billing details, and account status.
  8. Evaluate warehouse, fleet, and parcel providers on cost, transit time, quality, exception response, and claims performance; drive improvement, replacement, and backup capacity.
  9. Coordinate warehouses, carriers, and internal teams on shortages, inventory variances, transport exceptions, returns, claims, and customer complaints with complete case records.
  10. Audit storage, handling, drayage, transfer, last-mile, and value-added-service invoices against activity, rate rules, and contracts.
  11. Report inbound and outbound timeliness, order and inventory accuracy, exception rates, inventory age, and unit fulfillment cost.
  12. Support replenishment, transfer, clearance, and network-allocation decisions using forecasts, turnover, capacity, and logistics resources.
  13. Maintain provider contracts, quotations, SOPs, rate rules, contacts, parcel accounts, and system permissions as accurate and traceable records.
  14. Support new warehouse launches, route tests, parcel-account migrations, system integration, and product setup.

Requirements

  1. Associate degree or above; logistics, supply chain, international trade, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  2. At least one year of experience in overseas warehousing, cross-border logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment.
  3. Proficiency in Lingxing ERP and Lingxing WMS is mandatory, including independent management of inbound, inventory, outbound, transfer, return, and related data workflows.
  4. Strong knowledge of overseas receiving, inventory, outbound, returns, value-added services, and last-mile delivery, with the ability to manage routine operations and exceptions independently.
  5. Familiarity with container pickup and return, drayage, short-haul and inter-warehouse transfer operations and common fleet commercial models.
  6. Experience sourcing and managing warehouses, drayage or transfer fleets, or parcel providers, including quotation, benchmarking, testing, onboarding, and performance review.
  7. Familiarity with opening and maintaining parcel accounts, service permissions, contracted rates, invoices, and account status.
  8. Good written English for email, warehouse tickets, transport documents, quotations, and invoices.
  9. Strong Excel skills for inventory reconciliation, invoice review, cost analysis, and operating reports.
  10. Detail-oriented and sensitive to inventory, timing, cost, and exception data, with strong quality and cost-control awareness.
  11. Able to prioritize across multiple warehouses, batches, and concurrent tasks with accountability and accuracy.
  12. Strong cross-functional communication, provider coordination, and exception-resolution skills, with disciplined follow-through to closure.
  13. Able to communicate across time zones and respond promptly to urgent fulfillment exceptions.
